Count down to the 2016 retreat.

We are just over a week away from the Infuse 2016 Summer Retreat in Clearwater Florida.

The theme this year is Accountable. We need to hold ourselves accountable in every aspect of our lives: God, ourselves, family, friends, coworker, strangers, and so on.

Our verse to go with the theme this year is 1 Timothy 4:12
King James version: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
New King James: Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit,[b] in faith, in purity.

While the verse is geared toward the youth it tells us plainly that we are to shine our lights to others by our words and our actions. We need to be responsible for these words and actions. The very definition of the word accountable explains that. Accountable: required to be responsible for something. During this years retreat we will go into more details about accountable and what it means to us and to God.
