Truth in Actions
1 John 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
Our actions are the evidence of our faith. In order to minister to others, we have to show that we live what we believe. We should be inspired to be active and not let our faith sit on the sidelines. Love can’t be a spectator sport!
Be ready for themes of service, witnessing, and participation in the body of Christ.

In the last year we have started Making Mats, a program turning plastic bags into durable waterproof bedrolls. We are up to 100 sleeping mats for the homeless. While getting out and helping the homeless with these mats and pillows, we also saw a very strong need for hygiene supplies. Things that we truly take for granted are desperate commodities for those on the streets. What we would like to do this year on top of our plarning is to collect and put together hygiene kits. Anyone who wants to help can donate the following items:
washcloth, hand towel or disposable wipes (baby wipes)
feminine hygiene products
gallon size bags
The shelter it’s self in need of paper products and cleaners.
If you would like a letter so that you can go out and ask for donations please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to help, but someone from your congregation is unable to attend the retreat, supplies can be mailed to Infuse P.O. Box 2967, Lancaster, South Carolina 29721
